FAQ

Yes. Stratus can be easily integrated with your FMS through web services. We have already done so with most of the major systems on the market today. Use our best-in-class forest technology with your existing system of record.

Do you have to host our GIS data?

No, we encourage Customers to host and manage their own GIS data in their enterprise GIS and connect Stratus to your enterprise GIS or if you want us to host everything, we can.

Can my contractors login to Stratus and only see their data?

Yes, contractors can login and only see business data related to them and not other contractors.

Can Stratus leverage my lidar enhanced forest inventory (EFI) data?

Yes, Stratus can leverage cruised, photo-interpreted, area-based and individual tree inventories easily.

Can Stratus replace all my GIS software?

No, Stratus was not developed to be a full-fledged web-based GIS desktop replacement. Stratus prioritizes common forestry workflows and let’s face it, GIS power users need to keep using advanced desktop GIS software, since, well, they’re GIS power users.

How long does it take to get Stratus up and running?

On average, it takes 4 months to get on-boarded and up and running operationally.

Do I need to always call you when I need to make a data schema change?

No, Stratus is super configurable and gives you the tools to complete these technical tasks yourself so you don’t have to pay us for simple things like that.

We would not have completed our year-end budget on time without Stratus.
